Crab with garlic butter

 

What’s not to love?

Crab has a rich mild mannered flavor that is irrisitable to unsuspecting tastebuds.

Butter makes everything taste great. Mo’ butter the better.

Garlic wards of vampires and freshens your breath.

Add these three treats together and it becomes one hella-good slippery sensation.

Hint* Melt butter first. Butter chunks are still good but not AS good as the liquified version. And yes, I had to write that, otherwise I would be getting hate mail about ice-cold hard butter being a bad choice as a dip.

 

Ingredients:

  • Crab meat or crab cakes for dipping
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1-3 cloves of garlic smashed

 

Method to the Rad-ness:

 

In a sauce pan add the butter and garlic and heat over low-medium heat stirring constantly. The dip is ready when all the butter is melted. Can be refrigerated for 2 weeks.
